Greetings neighbors,

In preparation of our upcoming annual meeting, we are hoping to update/verify our membership information. We are asking one member per household to complete the membership form by clicking the following hyperlink or scanning the QR code below. Not only will this survey update your membership information, but it also provides an opportunity for you to opt in or out of how your contact information can be used by the Association. When completing the form, you will notice there are more questions than on the printed membership form in the Grandmonitor, however, the additional questions are designed to assist the Social Planning Committee with streamlining the annual meeting check in process, obtaining a meal count for the caterer, and ensuring enough copies are available for the annual meeting report and elections. It will also provide the Association with needed feedback from the members at large on future Grandmonitor distribution. The form should take less than five minutes to complete and if assistance is needed, please feel free to contact me.
